South Korea's export prices for January fell on-month while import prices went up slightly on rising global oil prices.<br />The Bank of Korea says export prices dropped for the third consecutive months...falling one percent on-month in January on lower industrial goods prices like electronics goods.<br />DRAM prices, in particular, tumbled 15 percent on-month, the biggest on-month drop since August 2011...on lower global chip demand.<br />Import prices edged up zero-point-one percent on-month in January on higher global oil prices. <br />Dubai crude, Korea's benchmark, went up three percent on-month, recording an average of 59 U.S. dollars a barrel. <br />
